When the service technician arrives at your home he will diagnose the problem with the broken appliance, for a service call fee of $69.99, and give you a quote for the repair costs. If you would like to have the appliance repaired, you will only pay the repair cost quoted to you. If you choose to not have your appliance repaired, you simply need to pay our service trip fee of $69.99 for coming out.
At County Appliance, we use the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide while pricing and quoting repair costs. Our repairs are generally about 10 – 15% below this guide.

Do you have more than one appliance that needs repaired?
If so each additional appliance we diagnose on the same service call will be discounted to $29.99. This gives you a savings of more than 50%.
Our exceptional parts warranty sets us apart from the competition, because we guarantee most* parts we install for one full year! Parts and labor! This is 9 months beyond 90 days offered by most manufactures warranties.
We offer this warranty for only one reason – we value our customers, and we would never want our customer to be “stuck” with a defective part.
*Parts purchased through our parts sales department are subject to the warranty provided by the manufactures of parts sold. Fuses, thermal fuses, fail safe “weak link” gears, and safety devices designed to fail, and are all covered under a courtesy one time replacement within one year.
**Certain electronic control boards are covered under a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty. We still give a one year labor warranty on these components.
